description	This car was built in 1906 and reconditioned in 1930 with transverse seating in the lower saloon and DB / Form K controllers. You can see the 'Spencer Hoops that prevent the trolley pole hitting passengers when going under the low bridges on SMET routes, the hoops also held the lighting for the stairs to the upper decks.
